Terms of use, purchase and booking
These terms apply to Dance With Karine classes, workshops, purchases, credits and bookings.
Classes and credits
Regular classes normally cost 1 credit. Selected workshops may cost 2 credits or more. Credits are personal and may not be transferred to another person.
Offers
Intro offer: CAD $20 for 3 credits, valid for 30 days and available only to eligible new students. Drop-in: CAD $20 for 1 credit, valid 30 days. 4-class pack: CAD $70 for 4 credits, valid 30 days. Monthly is CAD $100 and applies only to the month identified at purchase.
Intro-offer eligibility
A person who has already attended a class, used a complimentary guest invitation, or previously redeemed the intro offer is no longer eligible for the intro offer. Attendance and promotion history may be used to verify eligibility.
Bookings
Classes are normally bookable on a rolling 28-day window. A booking is confirmed only when the platform shows it as confirmed. Capacity is limited.
Student cancellation
Cancelling at least 24 hours before class returns the credits used to the account while preserving their original expiry date. Within 24 hours, or for a no-show, the credit is normally lost. The site displays a warning before a late cancellation.
Cancellation by Dance With Karine
If Dance With Karine cancels or moves a class, affected credits will be restored or an equivalent solution offered. A refund may be provided where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances.
Payments
Card payments may be processed by Stripe. Dance With Karine does not store full card numbers. Interac e-Transfer orders remain pending until manually confirmed. The same pending Interac purchase should not be submitted repeatedly.
Purchase linked to a class
When a class is selected before payment, the platform may remember that class. After payment is confirmed, it can attempt to complete the booking automatically. If the class becomes full, the purchased credits remain available for another date.
Bring a friend
While the Bring-a-Friend promotion is active, an eligible purchase may allow the customer to register one friend who has never attended Dance With Karine. The friend must be identified by name and email and accompanies the customer on an eligible booking. Using the complimentary guest place makes the friend ineligible for the 3-credit CAD $20 intro offer. This promotion may be discontinued for future purchases.
ClassPass and partners
Bookings made through ClassPass or another partner may also be subject to that partner’s terms and cancellation rules.
Intellectual property
Original choreography, text, videos, PDFs, methods and other Dance With Karine content are protected. Reproduction, resale, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Applicable law
Services are operated in Québec and are governed by applicable Québec and Canadian law without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in a customer’s place of residence.
