Dance With Karine collects only information reasonably needed to operate the service.
Information processed
Depending on the features used, we may process name, email, phone, language, Google identifier, profile picture, bookings, attendance, credits, purchases, payments, consent records and information about a registered guest.
Use
Information is used to manage accounts, bookings, class capacity, credits, payments, promotions, support and necessary service communications. Marketing communications rely on a separate choice where required.
Google Sign-In uses the account identifier, name, verified email and optional profile picture. The site does not request Gmail, Drive or Calendar access for sign-in.
Providers
Cloudflare is used for hosting, security and D1; Google for authentication; Stripe for card payments when enabled; and a transactional email provider may be used for account messages.
Payments
Full card details remain with the payment processor. We may keep the amount, method, status and references needed for support and accounting.
Retention and security
Information is retained for a reasonable period needed to provide the service and satisfy applicable obligations. We use HTTPS, restricted access and secure sessions, although no system can guarantee zero risk.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information and, where the law permits, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Applicable Québec privacy rights, including Law 25 rights, and applicable LGPD rights in Brazil remain available.
